We currently ship exclusively to the U.S. mainland. Orders cannot be delivered to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Minor islands under U.S. jurisdiction
  • U.S. military bases, including domestic or overseas locations

Free shipping and standard delivery services are available only for the U.S. mainland. Customers located in restricted regions will not be able to complete checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery to the U.S. mainland typically takes 11–13 natural days from the order processing date. Delivery times may be extended in certain situations, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • National holidays or peak seasons
  • Delays in air or ground transportation

Please note that these are estimated times; actual delivery may vary depending on carrier performance and local conditions.

Our shipping fees are structured according to order value. For U.S. mainland shipments, the rates are as follows:

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment online at: 17TRACK. Tracking allows you to monitor the package’s progress from dispatch to delivery.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other government fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges must be paid when the shipment arrives in the destination country and vary according to local regulations.

  • These fees are not collected by BRONISAA and are paid directly to the relevant authorities.
  • BRONISAA cannot predict the exact amount, as it is determined by local customs regulations.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to areas outside the U.S. mainland or to restricted locations as noted above.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs inspections, natural events, or carrier delays.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. BRONISAA is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address details.
