At BRONISAA, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered accurately and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our procedures, delivery estimates, fees, and your responsibilities regarding shipping and customs.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders received after our daily cutoff time (5 PM EST) will be processed on the next business day. Processing includes verifying order details, preparing items for shipment, and arranging carriers. Please note that processing time does not include transit time.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship exclusively to the U.S. mainland. Orders cannot be delivered to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Minor islands under U.S. jurisdiction
  • U.S. military bases, including domestic or overseas locations

Free shipping and standard delivery services are available only for the U.S. mainland. Customers located in restricted regions will not be able to complete checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1- 2 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes 11–13 business days, resulting in a total estimated delivery time of 12–15 business days. Delivery times may be extended in certain situations, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • National holidays or peak seasons
  • Delays in air or ground transportation

Please note that these are estimated times; actual delivery may vary depending on carrier performance and local conditions.We currently offer standard shipping only. Expedited or express shipping options are not available at this time.

4. Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping for all eligible orders within the continental U.S. (48 contiguous states).

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment online at 17TRACK. Tracking allows you to monitor the package’s progress from dispatch to delivery.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Some orders may be shipped from international warehouses. As a result, customs inspections or import-related procedures may occur. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are determined by local regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.

The exact amount is determined by local customs regulations and may vary. BRONISAA does not collect these fees.

7. Important Considerations

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs inspections, natural events, or carrier delays.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. BRONISAA is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address details.
  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed or shipped. We do not support delivery to P.O. boxes or special restricted addresses. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
